After the conclusion of each session, you receive a summary of what we worked on, including screen shots, that you can use for reference.

The support lines at QuickBooks are answered by employees who have basic training in the software, and can answer very basic, specific questions. They do a great job answering those basic questions, but when your questions get to be more difficult, you will find it more difficult to get helpful answers!
